Micky Ward...to help Wilfred Benitez, Prichard Colon and others

I had discussed this with one of the moderators on here a few months ago and I hope it is still okay. As some of you may know I raise money to help certain fighters who are in bad shape after their careers are over including Wilfred, Gerald and Prichard. Sometimes I sell autographed items and send the money to those in need. On that end I was with Micky Ward the other day in West Palm Beach doing some filming and I had him sign two copies of his movie The Fighter that I would like to auction off. I usually I do it on my Facebook page with great success but I know there are a lot of people on here who are big boxing fans of course but have never been on my Facebook page. If someone could explain to me how to put a picture up on here I can start with the updated blessing of the main moderator

Click this icon (the red) and this will come up…

Then click upload and this will come up...

Then browse for your pic (wherever you had it saved) and then click send to server and then click OK on the next dialogue box that will come up, and it will appear in your post (adjust the size if you want to by clicking on the bottom right-hand box...a diagonal arrow will appear).
