Believe it when I see it. 12.5 for Crawford per fight is a good payday for himself considering his draw, but I would imagine Thurman would be asking for just as much and Spence asking above that. Crawford vs Thurman for $30mil (including undercard) and $35-40mil for Crawford vs Spence are fights that I can't see turning a profit. But if PBC is willing to make it happen then I'm all for it,with my wallet.

A compromise is much easier to make under the same promoter, I think if Spence wins in good fashion with Ugas a 53% Spence 47% Crawford would be a fair deal.or even a 50/50 deal, asking for a lot more than the other guy in this means you don't want it, goes for both fighters.

If Bud doesn't fight Thurman, 60-40 should be the split in Spence's favour.

Cotto had the Puerto Rican fan base which are as supportive as Mexicans, De La Hoya had women and a marketable look, Mosley was handsome and beat the face of boxing, Holyfield and Foreman were top heavyweights when heavyweights were the biggest draws, and all of this is when boxing was much more popular. Boxing isn’t what it used to be and that’s why people like Jake Paul can come in and do better #s than top fighters. But more importantly ALL of those fighters actually fought the top guys in their divisions and jumped weight classes for big fights. Crawfords best win out of all this time is Shawn Porter and even that is a huge step up from his second biggest win. Bud demands too much money for what he is worth from a business standpoint. Promoters aren’t just here to make good fights, they need to make a profit

I understand your points. Maybe his demands are excessive to us but HE sets his value. He’s a DAMN good boxer. He’s NOT hurting for money and HES NOT GREEDY, just KNOWS his self worth. There's no way Crawford deserves a 50/50 deal. The numbers are what they are, this type of split can't be justified.
