I don't know where they are but the impression I get from Usyk and Loma recently is they don't seem particularly into this fight. Either they are somewhat alienated from the Ukrainian forces or political agenda, or they realize the Russians aren't that bad. But either way, to go from "I must defend the homeland" to "ah screw it, I just wanna box," something happened. I don't believe they chickened out, personally. The Klitchkos have more riding on it though because Vitali is the Mayor of Kieve isn't he. They have ties to the Whitehouse.
It could also just be boredom if they are in an area where they are not likely to see any action.
