Mayweather Sr. "jealous" or "opening the veil" to fans?

Could be a little of both.....IMHO.....but the timing really stinks....even if for both reasons.

Jealousy - Pac destroyed Hatton, after all the hype that Floyd Sr. put out there. Roach hates Sr's guts....although I doubt Sr. hates Roach....(24/7 Overtime Episode was great). Sr. is just trying to stay relevant in boxing.

Opening the Veil - Been well documented that boxers use "roids"...but what kinds? To increase muscle mass, to rehab faster, prescribed by a doctor? Who knows.....but why do it at this point in time when Pac has the biggest fight of his career (again) coming up? Discredit Pac? Discredit his career? Or does Sr. truly have some kind of insight as to what and how a fighter performs when using "steroids"? Again....many types of steroids out there...

This comes from Pacquiao going from SFW to WW in one year.


Imagine Derek Jeter, a guy who barely averages 15 homeruns in his 10+ year pro baseball career...comes back next season and hits 35-45 homeruns..would you find that odd? I would..

But anyways, If Pacquiao is not taking steroids, then he should take this as a compliment and just smile about it cause that just shows how great heis doing. People thinking he's not normal, lol i would feel gassed if it was me...

I'm not sure if the video interview of Floyd, Sr. featured here on BS earlier was complete. It looked to be starting in the middle of a conversation.

It would be nice to watch the entire interview before drawing any conclusions
about his accusations/speculations.

What he "insinuated" may have been taken out of context.

Regarding SFW - WW in one year...gotta take into account how pac was "claiming" he was having trouble making weight. Yes...cutting to 122, 130,135 lbs to make weight...but then rehydrating to 145+ but never over 150lbs. Looks like all he's doing now is fighting closer to his "walk-around" weight...so as to not having to drain himself so much during camp. Another fighter does this...I think his name is Floyd Mayweather Jr.

Yes he does. But that interview circulating around here and the net was edited and incomplete. Mostly soundbites.

It's very easy to have someone taken out of context and made to appear they've said something that may or may not be true. Even if they do talk a lot.

I would prefer watching the entire interview before drawing any conclusions as to what he accused anybody of doing.

It was cut up - down to a two minute clip full of soundbites. There had to be some questions from the interviewer that everybody missed.

It's very similar to tactics used by politicians to promote their campaigns.

There's usually more to the story.
