That's funny because Charlo was "buckled" a number of times. Castano getting rocked didn't sway the judges. Charlo being a Texan fighting in Texas swayed the judges, anywhere else in the world Castano wins that fight.

How much longer does he need to add A listers to his resume. Guy has been 13 years in the game and he still don't have a legit good prime fighter on his resume. I bet you didn't know hes been fighting that long. Why would he fight Benavidez at 168 but yet he would kill to fight Canelo at 168? It is exactly what it looks like. Guy wants no threat unless it is Canelo and his payday. It's no coincidence that all those threats you mentioned keep falling through.
