I think Skill for skill maybe Kell Brook would of had the best chance of being a title holder in the 90's & 2000's.

Amir Khan well? He could so easily biltz his opponents, but at the same time get ****** out. Amir Khan has a higher likelihood of becoming champion than Shawn Porter.

Porter would be beat down by De La Hoya from start to finish. Porter has no attribute which would shock Oscar De La Hoya.

What is Porter great at? He is just a tough game, solid fighter.
He is better than Mayorga, wouldn't you agreed

He would have beaten Manny. That's words from the Godfather's mouth over at Top Prank and he's seen more boxing than anyone on here. FMW is a hard one. His fans block the fight b.c Crawford doesn't sell PPVs (How people forgot that nonsense?). Anyway, arms are too long. FMW doesn't fight over 72'' (only Judah recent memory) his reach and Crawford is a switch-hitting dog. Another guy FMW would have to fight and I mean fight. Would have to go back and watch other guys. Maybe Oscar given Tito put him on a bike so it's possible if you can get to him.

More accomplished. Maybe he would beat him 'Probably'. But Porter is not levels above Mayorga.

Stylistically Porter vs Mayorga would be a good fight, and it is a winnable fight for Porter 'Winnable fight for both fighters'.

Porter had a great career, was a solid fighter. But he was not a elite level fighter.

Stylistically Porter would be beat down from start to finish by Oscar De La Hoya.

He is closer to Chavez Jr. than Duran and Leonard.

I’m with you. I’m always on the fence with crawford. I wasn’t impressed with his victory over Porter and he wasn’t outboxing him or anything throughout the fight.
he was even losing before the tko.

i think given the chance he definitely could have had a better resume at 147, and he would hold his own against the likes of prime manny and prime floyd.

resume wise he is tier below, skillwise, maybe he is borderline among them, maybe he ain’t. We haven’t seen it yet, a win over spence and a move to 154 could cement it a lot.

I consider all of the fighters you mentioned A Level fights. Once you get to the A Level, there are subdivisions and Craawford is much lower than the others. I hope this answers your question.
