If anything Berlanga works hard and is passionate, see him becoming a champion along the lines of a Plant or Jacobs..Wish he would jab more and be a little more fleet footed while he is not trading punches.

I'm looking forward to seeing exactly how Berlanga looks on his return to the ring.
No doubt that he needs to work on his boxing skill's, he's got to be more fluid in the ring.
The stiffness has to be replace by quick leg movement, and swift combination's.
He's still young enough to employ these quicker skill set's to his game plan in the ring.
I think the last to fights helped his boxing growth more than the first 16 fights did.
He needed to go rounds, and he got those rounds in, hopefully he'll get more rounds, and the KO, in this fight.

I know PR people are hurting for a new star bro, but this dude ain't it. He is a big puncher but that is it. Someone gotta take up the mantle soon, too rich a history.

Ironically the fighter more likely than Berlanga to make some noise for PR is fighting on his undercard next week which is Xander Zayas.

I'd say everybody is wrong. He may become, but certainly a can't miss.

It would be wonderful if he can work enough on his skills to be a well rounded fighter. With that snap on his shots he really could be something special.
