I think it was a solution of water, alchohol, and amphetamines.

It did seem a bit su****ious that the trainer was asking for the bottle he specifically mixed because you wouldn't mix water with water as it says on the Legendary Nights programme.
However Pryor was willing to take a rematch with Arguello in which he beat him up worse and finished the fight earlier than in the first, so it doesnt seem as though he needed whatever the solution was.

Pryor was a crack-head, his trainers told him the bottle was "mixed" to give him a false sense of a boost in energy. Crack-heads will believe anything you tell them. I'm certain the bottle had nothing but high-quality H2O, Panama Lewis was a former crack-head so he knows how to motivate his own kind.

you know that's a good point, and a big possibility.

Some said it was just Schnapps and water. Or it could be sugared water, the most common at the time. But *******? Don't think so. It'd affect his reflexes and focus and he would have lost the fight.
