You might have noticed all russians are being banned in all sports. I agree what has Beterbiev or Bivol dong wrong? But all of Russia needs to be squeezed until the people overthrow the psychopath.

The decision is Good... The way they seem to want to enforce it is awful... Beterbiev has a Landed Immigrant status... Been in Montreal for 10 years... Lives in Montreal, breaths in Montreal, Family is in Montreal, Children go to Montreal schools ... His 2 younger kids are Canadian Citizens from birth... HE'S CANADIAN !

Very tough decisions although I don't think it will affect Beterbiev and Bivol, at least for their next fight.

It seems they are punishing team sports more than the individual sports. I especially feel for the Paralympic athletes, being punished for *****'s actions.

I hear what you're saying, but if he was Canadian. he'd have citizenship. Then he'd be Canadian. And that comes from a person who has dealt with the immigration process.

Short of firing a shot at the people waging war this is what you get, people who see this as a total slaughter on many levels. If people can get excited about a bad scorecard then no reason why people with a bit of money and influence can not take a stand however limited it may be to be counted as against the senseless descrtuction once again on all levels that this act of war is causing so sure I get it.

One in many hypocritical scumbag decisions. Western powers have a problem with *****. Their solution? Impose sanctions that will hurt the most ordinary people who are not *****, most of whom don't even support him. And then there are a bunch of bandwagon jumpers, virtue signaling and trying to score some brownie points by banning sportsmen, Paralympic athletes, hell even Russian cats are banned from entering cat shows (search it, I am not kidding). So, no Russian boxers, no Russian cats. The world is safe again, rainbows and unicorns everywhere.

100%!!! Cancel the athletes, sanction the economy back to the stone ages! Do everything possible to make every Russian on the planet hate this guy. Then they can take him out.

Yes its wrong to punish the innocent, but look at the fever of the world right now 20/20, its like every man and his dog outside of Russia is outraged and wants to stand up and send a message that unprovoked war is not acceptable, disgust is building everywhere touching everything, sports, corporate dealings, space, motor cars, you name it the innocent Russians are carrying the weight of ***** on their backs, just as innocent Ukraine's hide in bunkers from *****s bombs, War is larger than any sport or corporation, War is on top the tree and this war has the world at attention.

***** has made the biggest Political and Military mistake in history, everything he wants is going south, Nato is stronger, neutral countries are looking to join Nato and his people are suffering all over the world, ***** is the blame for that because he chose War when he did not have to, he miscalculated in so many areas what the power of vision and everybody can beam it to the world, its hard to hide war crimes today.. ***** may be able to censor Russians from the freedom of information that the west has, there is no way he can censor the free world, and it's looking at him with a microscope.
