Now that he’s burned that bridge other promoters can see that he’s not a draw but wants to get paid like one.
Canelo was a free agent for a few days after getting out of his DAZN/Goldenboy deal before he was set up for a multi fight deal and just chose between competing $100 million dollar deals.
Haymon would do business with him but not at what Crawford thinks he is worth.
Yeah this is also true. I think Crawford has realized he isn’t going to get the Spence fight with more than say 25% of the purse right now, so he has to find a marketable fight to try and show his PPV value is better than we saw against Porter.

That’s why I think he changed his tune a little bit on fighting Thurman. He knows he absolutely needs that fight right now. And so does Keith (Spence doesn’t like him and doesn’t wanna give him a shot).... so I think that fight is gonna end up getting announced.

a couple of years ago it was a great time to be a Free Agent but after this Pandemic, now it is the worst time to be a Free Agent because EVERYBODY seems to be cutting back on the overspending on Fights and Fighters who don't Draw

so if Vergil Ortiz is able to walk through Michael McKinson with no Injuries as most expects they, then WBO likely orders that fight immediately and ruin any possibility of Undisputed being next

I like what I'm hearing from Spence and Crawford over the last couple of weeks about being more Positive and them clearly having a private conversation and no longer negotiating this fight in public. So now that they had that man to man and cleared the air, I think the fight gets done.

Rinse/repeat.....It's almost an act of lunacy to expect anything from Bud.

Far longer than a year. Not sure why he decided to just now, come out and sue TR. Even though his contract is up,he very well may have ended his career. Can't see another promoter touching him with this litigation and the fact he hes not a draw. Sometimes the grass isn't always greener....

Yeah I agree. Leaving Arum changed nothing, if anything his situation seems worse now with nowhere to go or any promoter willing to overpay him.

He might be waiting for Porter to completely heal up for a much requested rematch.

Crawford should have stayed with Bob, got his guarantees and fights. Thurman was magically moved to #3 by the WBC, I believe, but we all knew Haymon would do that vs Spence having Ennis or Ortiz as a mando which is winnable but those dudes are young, bigger than him for the class, can punch, and will beat the leftover alcohol out of him. Thurman gets stopped by Crawford for the same money so he'll take the less resistant path along with Spence. Charlo is dumping the belts after Brian, and I'm sure Haymon would block Brian from fighting Crawford if he won.

I Was Telling My Brother This. Love Him Or Hate Him, Bob Was Taking Care Of Arum.
