Who has faster hands, Bivol or Plant?

Clearly Plant has the Faster Hands...doesn't mean he is better but he does have much faster Hands than Bivol as did Billy Joe as well

Not sure why it matters, Bivol not fighting Plant, he is fighting Canelo which we all know has much faster hands than Bivol

Plant's punches are not nearly as much of a threat as Bivol's. Bivol not only has faster hands...he also has faster legs. Plant wasn't trying to win against Canelo...Bivol will be. There is no comparing Plant to Bivol.

Plant may appear faster at times but that's because he's throwing nothing behind his punches and at times slapping. But when Plant throws a rare punch with intent, he's not overtly faster than Bivol. Bivol combos are quicker than Plants.

Bivol seems to have gotten faster with the increase in competition. But he does have the potential to slow down and sit on his punches. This fight will be more of a chess match for Bivol and both a chess match and physical challenge for Canelo.
