You promote something when you have a financial interest in it selling well. They have given him no financial interest in it selling well. They went out of their way to get him paid less than the rules said he had to be paid.

According to Warren and Arum, Fury can sell this all by himself. Then it shouldn't matter to them if Whyte isn't there to promote it.
I think it’s unprofessional and I don’t blame him. Warren and Arum tried everything to get him paid less. Whyte’s purse is guaranteed and he gets no upside of the PPV so if it makes no money its not his problem.

Maybe he’s waiting for it to make a loss, Whyte still gets paid regardless

This is whytes one and only shot. The sanctioning bodies shouldn't go near him when he loses this.

He seems a nightmare to negotiate with. Turned down previous shots and mandated eliminators, Ppv wage demands, 1 way rematch clauses in his previous fights. Now he's getting the kind of money almost everyone in the sport could only ever dream of and he's acting like a spoilt child.

Is it really that big of a deal? Team Fury didn't have to pay Whyte more than 20% of the purse, so they won't. Whyte doesn't have to help promote the fight, so he won't. Both sides have an opinion on what they're worth and are trying to get an advantage. I really don't understand all the outrage.

Not long until Fury rids boxing of this idiot.

Dillian Whyte is a coward and a bum.

same guy whyte pulled out of in fear of losing his big payday.

He beat up Pianeta after coking and being an obese for 2 years.

whyte should show up, negotiations are over and you already signed. Be a professional
Joshua - who is apparently a robot (just like David Price who beat Fury in their amateur match) went through a much improved Otto Wallin in a 5 rounds. Fury struggled against Wallin and almost got stopped on a cut. If Fury is that good a boxer - why is he getting hit so much? Wallin landed 25 punches on Joshua and 127 on Fury.

Wallin was fighting for the memory of his Dad who died and couldn't see his boy vs the Champ. He got up for that fight!

Against A-Side Joshy he was turning up for a bag of blood money in a glorified sparring session and quit in his corner.

What motivates a fighter determines their performance.

We've seen a lack lustre Wilder get dominated because a spiritual awakening took his killer instinct.

We've seen an outta shape Fury get dropped by an MMA fighter in an exhibition.

We've seen an over confident AJ get splatterd by a walking taco with t rex arms.

We've seen a juggernaut think he csn walk through anything face first and still win.

AJ's win over his sparring partner was entirely predictable and only served as another duck of Wilder.

The giant glass jawed robot is in for a rude awakening vs the giant switch hitting MMA warrior.
