    May vs Pac in London

Dream situation. I would love for these two to fight at Wembley Stadium, assuming they both win. Floyd has a huge fan base in the UK, and Pac is huge worldwide.

What a beautiful atmosphere for a huge fight.

I'm interested to know how you came to the conclusion that Floyd has a huge fanbase here in the UK. Personally, I have no idea how anyone can assume he can fill our largest stadium which holds like 90,000 people when Calzaghe and Hatton (our biggest boxing stars) can "only" pull in around 50,000. FLoyd Mayweather isn't popular here. I would bet that, if they were to fight at Wembley, there would be about 70,000 empty seats, and that Manny would sell the majority of the tickets.

Floyd is not really popular in the UK.

It would never happen outside the US. Don't be silly.

Exactly. So what makes anyone think he can fill a 90,000 seat arena here when people from his own country can't even be bothered to go see him? I'm pretty sure we had more Hatton fans in Vegas than Mayweather fans when they fought.

Since that lunatic TV presenter who covered his UK press tour started shooting his mouth off when a few hundred people turned up in London for Floyd's open workout, that's when this myth was created. It's exactly that -- a myth. Amir Khan is more popular in the UK than Floyd Mayweather.

I disagree. I lived in England for two years, and after Floyd stopped Hatton and broke the hearts of the Brits, they began to realize how great Floyd is. Did you not see the video of all the people outside the Pea**** gym? If you didn't know better you could assume that Floyd was from London. The video is on youtube if you haven't seen it.

                It'll never happen...

With how much money these Casinos make during a fight weekend, HBO would spend much more money doing a fight at Wembley let alone not having a guarantee you'll get a huge audience.

JMM vs Floyd from what I hear isn't even a sellout in a 20-22k seating. How are they going to fill a 60-70k seat stadium?
