Man, I honestly had kind of high hopes for Josh at 147 but now, not so sure. I figured he'd be a player but after watching him get hit by the same punch for 12 rds, I doubt Taylor, Ramirez or Prograis can compete with any of the welters. Ramirez has always been suspect and Prograis hasn't done anything since losing to Taylor.

He's too big for 140 so he has to move up. I'll watch to see how it plays out but I got him losing to the first good welter.

lmao rematch at 147 and all the belts get splintered. so even if catteral wins the rematch he never becomes undisputed at 140. that still sucks ass.

josh gets flattened at 147 by crawford and spence.

The first 3 weren’t robberies at all

I scored Hagler-Hearns, and Ward-Kovalev I. The correct boxer won both bouts. Boxing is scored on a 10 points must system. Leonard won on points easily. And even though Ward got beat up (and knocked down), he scored more points than Kovalev. If you ask me, The Ward-Kovalev II decision was more controversial in the way that Tony Weeks stopped that fight......but then again, Kovalev didn't put up much of a fight/protest right after the stoppage.

Well, first off, we're talking about Hagler-Leonard, not Hagler-Hearns. And Hagler won easily. All Leonard did was run and try to steal the rounds by throwing a bunch of pitty-pat punches in flurries at the end of the rounds. Unfortunately, the judges allowed him to steal the rounds.

And Kovalev won comfortably on points. Ward closed the gap some later in the fight, but not nearly enough, because most of the time he was holding, holding, holding, which he should have been deducted points for. And all you need to do to verify that Kovalev won is to watch Andre right before and after the scores were read. He was walking around the ring dejected, trying to come to terms with his first loss, and then when he found out he "won" he was shocked and elated.

Kovalev-Ward II wasn't a robbery, but it was unjust. Low blow after low blow after low blow and the ref let it happen, didn't give Kovalev time to recover, and in fact called off the fight.

In both instances, as it usually goes, the media darling gets the gift.

My bad on the typo. Leonard VS Hagler. My cousin was a big time Hagler fan. We often go back and forth over who we felt won that super bout. Some fans like rough housing. Some fans like a little showmanship and flash. I like boxing skills and flash. Sugar Ray showed exactly how you win a boxing match when judges score using a 10 point must system. He stole rounds. Great boxers do this. If a fighter doesn't want a round to get stolen, they do what they can to hold on to them. Hagler did not. Mostly everyone that watched that fight felt, that Leonard won the first 6 out of 7 rounds. That's already a draw. It's hard not to believe that Leonard didn't win at least one (or two) of the last remaining 5 rounds. I will say this. Leonard got hurt during the fight. I can't say that Hagler did. If he did, he didn't show it. I tried to be biased and lean towards Hagler in replays..just to see if I would come to another conclusion. I came up with a draw at best. Leonard won that fight....in my opinion.

Now Ward-Kovalev I, was different. This fight was much closer. I remember watching the fight at a sports bar. I score fights. As everyone including the commentators had Kovalev winning, I was like, I dunno. I think Ward took it. The judges found that he did. Now I've since scored this fight, using my biased pov. I have at times declared Kovalev the winner. I've at times called it a draw. And at times gave it to Ward. But in no way did I call it a robbery.

Ward-Kovalev II was Tony Weeks being incompetent. However, I believe Kovalev was going to eventually get stopped....but that's just speculation.

I'm about to brainstorm and give you some real robberies.

Ricky Burns was becoming the Ottke of Scotland, Taylor just took the mantle

The only four true "robberies" I've ever witnessed...and I mean TRUE robberies (as far as judges, not refs). This is based on memory so maybe I'm not recalling others.

Williams/Lara. Period. There's no debate. When all three judges get suspended you know there was something wrong.

Pacquiao/Marquez 3. I know the popular is a draw...regardless, there's no way we have Manny winning that fight.

                      Barrios/Akhmedov. Barrios didn't win that.

Wilder/Fury 1. I know that's controversial, but I'm sorry...under no situation do we see a draw. Fury handled that man even in rounds he got dropped.

Everything else...I might have felt the wrong guy got the hand raised, but they were so close with swing rounds you could feasibly make a case. Like Golovkin/Derevyanchenko.
