Exactly the opposite of what will transpire on Sept 20.
During that time the boxing world will declare Floyd Jr a "PPV fraud". He was not the main draw in the blockbuster PPV events fighting against De la Hoya and Hatton.
People buy the PPV just to see him loose. People want Floyd Jr to SHUT UP, and pack his bags and retire. However Oscar and Hatton failed miserably. I hope JMMarquez will defeat Floyd Jr and send him to retirement with a LOSS in his once unblemished boxing record.

Manny has no chance of getting nearly as big a payday without meeting floyd and floyd has already had those types of paydays and that makes him the bigger draw... and I agree I really just want to see the fight happen tho regardless of how they split the purse

This guy should be banned from boxingscene. This is the same guy that wrote "Don't go away Mosley... just go away" and "Miguel Cotto-Pacquiao: It's not all good".

Speaking of showing the money, if it is true that PBF is showing the money why is it that his fight still had, at the end of last week, about 2,000 tickets available, when that's precisely what Pacman-Cotto had available the very same week they started to sell the tickets and more expenisve tickets I must add???

There was even a post here that had the numbers of available hotel rooms and how they had to offer cheaper and special packages for the weekend of the PBF-JMM fight because they were not being sold, while they were lots of Hotel rooms already reserved for the Pacman-Cotto fight at the normal (regular) price.

There is no doubt that PBF has and will generate revenue but to isinuate that the success that other fights have is because he is back or around is just ridiculous

Lyle, I mean come on. This article was showing how excited you are of watching Floyd fight again, that's not bad, its just some stuff there is out reality. The truth is Pac vs Cotto is the biggest fight by far this year, and it will be really difficult for Floyd to beat it in numbers, and thats because is a closer more even fight than Floyd/JMM and by faaaaarrrrrr more exciting for sure.
You are just a Mayweather fan, thats ok, this was a fan article, nothin more.

Funny considering he is an ex super champ of the division, and he fought the #1 and #2 rated WW at that time, then went on to fight big money fights. I don't anyone complaining that Cotto isn't giving a rematch to Clottey since he outlanded him, and considered by many to be the winner of the fight. But when Mayweather does it for Castillo, haters act like the 2nd fight never happened, and that Mayweather never said "you think you won? Lets do it again, immediately"....that's a real champ not like Cotto/Pac.......Clottey/Marquez

Like i said previously, we all know that PBF is a big draw, for so many reasons, However from there, to this guy Lyle, write an article saying that he brings the money to WW, when others have made good money without him is insane. He also say's that JMM-PBF will be an event and Pac-Cotto will just be a fight, when Pac-Cotto will be bigger in sales than PBF-JMM.

Pacman-DLH made great money, Cotto-Margarito made decent money, and Pacman-Cotto will make great money (even more than JMM-PBF). Those PBF has or had something to do with these fights????

I think that pac vs. mayweather will rival mayweather DLH numbers and mayweather-cotto would make more than pac-cotto as well. mayweather is a big name and draws the money by being the most hated fighter in boxing and having a decent fan following. please realize floyd gave DLH and hatton the biggest paydays of there career because of the drama and anticipation that comes with him
