Was a bad decision and I think I read somewhere that cat outlanded Taylor in 10 or 11 rounds out of twelve so how they could give that decision to Taylor I will never know!!

I've said the following earlier. I'm a Josh Taylor fan, but he defintiely got a gift tonight. Maybe Josh isn't so great as I've thought. Maybe he had a very off night. Maybe Catterall is very, very good.

In any event, Catterall got robbed.

This was no Ward/Kovalev I or Canelo/Golovkin I, where there were a number of swing rounds that could make an argument either way. Catterall set the pace, outlanded, and avoided damage throughout. It is a crying shame to see an undefeated fighter rise to the occasion on the biggest night of his life only to have a bunch of crooks steal his well earned glory from him.
The headline should not read, “Taylor survives kd to edge Catterall….”, it should read “WTF -BOXING??!!!”

With 2 10-8 rounds for Jack, it's amazing it was a 1 pt fight. If Taylor didn't lose a point for the late hit he would've won by 2 pts! So the judges had Taylor winning just about all the rounds.
