John Fury was probably right in making Tyson get shot of Ben Davison, I think he could see it a mile off.

Say what you want about John Fury, but when it comes to boxing he’s not often wrong about things. He pretty much thought Ben Davison was a fraud and said it without being too impolite and direct because he is friendly with Tyson

He’s a complete fraud, he’s used his connections with MTK and cheap rates to assemble a roster of fighters he isn’t fit to hold the spit bucket for.

Yeah I know trainers sometimes have to tell their guys that they need xyz in the championship rounds, but he literally said in no uncertain terms to Taylor before round 12 that 'you need a stoppage'. Then in the interview he says 'we never felt Taylor needed a stoppage'. Yeah yeah of course he would say that post fight, but it's still disgusting when this level of ****ery goes on, and in this case, even most disgusting given how blatantly Caterall won. Find me a single qualified person/fan/pundit/ex fighter/commentator that had Taylor winning. Find me one single one (outside of Taylor's camp).

If that's how he trained Taylor for this fight, no matter wtf Taylor says post fight, he needs to sack Davison. On tonight's performance, if Taylor has any sense he should fire Davison immediately otherwise he will get absolutely destroyed when he moves up. No wonder Fury ditched Davison.
