I hear all this hypocrites in the boxing media acting like JMM has no chance. How Mayweather is simply going to steam roll JMM. Hey opinions are all fine and dandy, but then they go on to say Mayweather chose a tough fight for his return so it is like WTF. You are saying JMM is nothing yet give Mayweather props for being chosen as the come back fight. Then you hype up the fight and act like its a cant miss.

The boxing media is off its rocker in my opinion it doesn't know what to think.

Yeah Mayweather has Most of the advantage (age, size, speed), but don't act like he has no flaws. Lets not forget the last truely good fighter he fought was Castillo, who he had issues with, and in a variety of hand picked opponents he also had issues with. Like getting rocked by Corley, or DLH pretty much hitting him at will .... if DLH had any will lol.

JMM may be small but he has a lot more chance than Gatti and we all know how people expected Gatti to at least have a chance (not me btw).

So what are you guys' thoughts on how the boxing media is talking about this fight. Positive, negative you choose.

LOL at DLH hitting Floyd at will...easy win for Floyd despite being outweighed by 15+ lbs

JMM has more flaws than Floyd, he will lose because he's not as good, harsh, blunt but true

there's a reason why floyd is the favorite. some writers are taking jmm's side because they like to pick underdogs, or they want to / are paid to hype up the fight, or they hate floyd.

The fight is a disgrace and I ain't buyin it. As a JMM fan, I will watch, but no way I spend a cent on it. Mad props to JMM if he ****s on the script. His reputation suffers none whatsoever if he loses. And Mr boat buyer proves jack **** beatin a LW at in a WW fight. It's a tuneup, nothin more. Some media people do their job to hype the fight, some speak from the heart. People make their own choice on what to believe, or at least they should.

This isn't the mismatch most want you to believe and I'm happy to see Floyd back, I'm excited to see where he is at. Mayweather's display of counter punching, accuracy, defense, speed, footwork...how can I not buy the PPV? This is gonna be an entertaining fight, Mayweather nor Marquez have faced more skilled opponents then eachother.
