i think the point is floyd shells up when faced with guys who have speed and that changes the complexion of the fight. floyd had a 10 inch advantage against pac but pacs speed made him stand so far away he could do nothing but come up short or graze pac with his jab. we dont know what would happen but there is certainly a lot more to it then physical attributes.

you mean like canelo when floyd fought canelo at 152 when both were 154 champs and canelo barely beat trout in his only notable fight? that too young? i guess its possible but the fact that floyd didnt fight him tells me that thurman wasnt too young or drainedComment

Ducking Thurman?
Why not say that Pacquiao ducked Canelo Alvarez? Keep in mind that a young Canelo wanted that fight but Freddie Roach said no.
Floyd on the other hand said no problem and schooled Canelo.

This is why I always say British fighters have the most delusional fans. And please for the love of god stop praising Khan's heart. You'd think he didn' t spend half of the last decade ducking Kell Brook because he knew what would happen. But yeah he has sooooo much heart because he's good at getting punched in the face. ****ing laughable. Amir Khan is a joke. Getting beat up and stopped doesn't mean you have heart, it just means you're a ****ty boxer with garbage defense.Comment

Much respect to Khan looks like he knows its time to move on. He can hold his head up.. Article is spot on. Styles make fights and Floyd ducked this guy straight up. Too big of a risk I guess. You can talk all the Floyd woulda coulda shouda you want but the truth is he had the chance to, but didn't.
lmao, when it comes to coulda shoulda woulda, that is the description of khans career. look at his wins over the last 10 years. compare them to mayweather's resume. mayweather already dominated a guy who sparked out khan cold.
