Ugas can beat Spence btw. I won't be shocked if this fight becomes upset of the year. Spence struggled with all of his top opponents. Controversial SD win against Porter and KO win against Brook. If Porter wasn't knocked down, he could win. Brook was outboxing him until Spence broke his feather eye-socket. Ugas hasn't feather eye socket or glass chin. He went toe to toe with Porter and Pac. I think he won the Porter fight.

Win or Lose Ugas will jump in with ANYBODY, even if he lose to Spence, he will look to jump right back in tough vs Boots, Thurman or whoever

Upsets are GREAT for this sport so if Ugas pulls it off for Spence, I would not be mad at all, I would be happy for him and it would be a great story

I think Ugas, Spence and Crawford are probably looking to collect all the belts. I think nobody is asking for an Ennis fight, it would have to be forced on one of the champs, sadly. Hopefully another contender steps up and takes him on while we wait for Boots to get his shot.

It is not wise to write off Ugas against anybody. He is very good. A friend of mine made some decent money on the Pacquiao fight off a few casuals who didn't know who he was.

Hopefully Boots beats Custio Clayton, and the IBF forces one of these champs to fight him! I also hope Vergil Ortiz Jr. wins his fight, and the WBO orders Crawford vs. Ortiz Jr.! I don't like Ugas bringing up Thurman's name! No bueno!

there are plenty of guys who were/are lower on pole than any of those guys were (and I meant to include Lara in the original comment) who are less willing to take the fights that they were/are.

Yeah, Thurman came back and looked good vs a safe opponent and I am simply not sold. The young bloods in Ennis and Ortiz have been working, Thurman should not jump the line. 2 years out off a loss, beats a guy coming off a KO loss at a lower weight doesn't do it for me. I hate that a talent like Ennis is being so avoided or skipped over. Like you said these guys gotta man up!

Cubans don’t get a lot of opportunities. He knows that he needs to strike while the iron is hot. The PAC fight was great for his career. I believe he has a chance of winning this fight. He has the size, timing, and footwork to give Spence fits. Like others have commented, I too had him up on the cards against Porter. I certainly don’t think Spence will walk over him.

Yes, I think so too. Spence wins I think he's heading to 154.

No Brook wasn’t lol. If it weren’t for his eye Spence would have stopped him anyway. He was punishing Brook. He was taking more punishing shots than a wall at a handball court. Spence was literally breaking him down the entire fight. Did Brook have his moments? Sure, it’s boxing. Every high caliber opponent is going to get theirs in. What you just said is like saying Brook was beating Bud had it not been for the knockout. Or, I would have won the lottery if that other guy didn’t pick the right numbers.

                      Such ****** analysis.
