The only trouble this time is that he was exposed by a much better fighter who he said in his own words was his 'legacy fight'. Khan has run out of excuses!
I was glad to see Kahn get what he deserved. I was never impressed with Kahn though he did beat ONE top guy in Maidaina. I think Madiana had the flu, ate something bad and fell down some stairs day before the fight.

Khan actually went thru a period where he fought top boxers back to back, then when he started chasing Floyd fight - he never really fought anyone good again - in case he lost. After that was never going to happen he started doing ****** things like going up two weight divisions to fight Canelo. Guy's career finished years ago. Why go in with Crawford when you haven't been fighting anyone anyway? Just looking for money.

So calming, and reassuring. You could tell Kell Brook was one edge and amped up 'Maybe if Ingle was not in his corner, he may have fought in a more reckless manner and got caught etc'.

I was watching him as he was changing the gloves.
You are right. Dom might not be great for every fighter but he understands Kell Brook, and the patient pressure approach made it an easy fight for him. Good cornering like you say. These tricks are not about the gloves, and probably done without the knowledge of Khan, they are just methods to disrupt your focus. Did not work!

Sometimes those methods can backfire, when you see that same opponent 'Unfazed'.

Yes Dominic Ingle has gone up in my ratings. I just think this was a difficult fight to prepare for, because there were a lot of doubts and unknowns surrounding Kell Brook.

The closer the fight got, I was leaning towards Brook. I knew if things were going bad in training camp, Ingle would drop hints.

I still picked Khan to win, but deep down 'I knew Brook was in the best condition he could be in, so I sensed this could be trouble for Khan'.
