that was just khan and how he has always been. all throughout his career as soon as he gets tagged on the chin against someone with a bit of power it hurts him. even when he was younger prescott knocked him out in one round, garcia hammered him, canelo almost killed him, even people like diaz and vargas put him on his arse. one solid shot to the chin and its over with him. know he got past maidana (barely) but look at the size difference between maidana and kell brook last night. his chin is and always has been terrible. my point is this would have happened at any point in his career against brook, he simply cant hold a shot from a bigger stronger fighter.

amir once spoke about meeting all time great legends...and realising they're piss poor. That motivated him to chase money over legacy.
there were no money fights at 140.
amir took his limitations as far as they could goo, financially he's done well.

I still say Khan should have never overreacted to the Garcia loss, he should have stayed with roach and stayed at 140. He got timed in the Garcia fight but he was still his best at that weight and with Freddie.

Brook was not the scariest fighter he fought, but the one he was most scared of losing to, hence why he ducked it for years

Khan’s old man is even on YouTube saying Khan got offered to fight Brook in 2016 than Canelo. So that tells you all you need to know regarding him never wanting to fight Brook.

last night’s ring walk was the look of a man finally having to face the man he knew he was terrified of losing to, in front of the British public.

Virgil Hunter is also on record saying Khan never wanted to fight Brook.

khan barely looked like a 140lb fighter where brook looked like a JM

Showed courage as per usual Amir Khan 'Right up until the end'.

Maybe he retires now, or fights a easy fight 'Just for the sake of getting a win, then retires'.

I am not so sure Khan retires on a loss, no problem if he does.

Last night proves that speed was always the only thing Khan had going for him. Without it, he's a mediocre fighter with no ring IQ and no chin.
