It been comfirmed? if so what bad news.

I really thought he was gonna become the first world champion out of the currrent crop of olympians. he seemed like a very happy fella everytime he has been on the tele.

Bellew and Jeff Thomas both confirmed it, never seen him box personally but I heard nothing but good things about him in and out of the ring, another sad day for boxing and his family.

Wait until we get to the real story, it's only been posted by some poster from the boxrec forum. It'd be sad if it were true, Darren Sutherland has a bright future ahead of him.

looks like this is true guys. boxrec and ESB posters both claimin he passed away. another sad loss for sport of boxing.
