I think it is possible for Floyd to beat Williams. I would normally agree that 160 should be a bridge to far for him but that division is ass.

Nahh,he'll probably fight Mosley when he's 42 or something!!

I believe he has a better chance in beating Williams at WW, not at MW.

For an easy legacy booster, Mayweather could easilly grab a paper title at Middleweight by giving a beat down to Felix Sturm.

But in terms of what we actually want to see as fight fans, he has to face the winner of Pac-Cotto. Maybe Mosley too if he carries on winning.

I don't think it matter that much tbh. It would be interesting though.

I guess, I misunderstood your last post, I thought you meant, beat Cotto, Manny and Shane and win one more title (different weight class), screw one more title, he can unify the belts at WW and add to his legacy.

I do, we don't know how Floyd would handle being that heavy, the heaviest he has been is 150, add 10 more pounds and I think he might be a bit slower and sluggish, plus his style doesn't seem like it could save him against someone like Williams.

I don't think Floyd would come in heavy, I don't think he needs that to out skill Williams. He can fight at 150 for the 160 pound belt there is no minimum weight.

I don't know, trying to counter punch a guy that is throwing 100+ punches at you, when he is way bigger then you, I just don't see Floyd winning.
