What do other promoters don't like about Haney?

Devin Haney is a free agent and is on a fight by fight basis with Hearn.

Why is PBC not sending any offers to Haney, who is beloved by PBC fans?

When Haney's contract with Matchroom ended, Eddie Hearn basically declared,
"You can have him, I've got nothing for him." Hearn even offered Haney to Tank Davis camp
as last minute replacement for Romero, who was pulled from the fight due to sexual
assault allegations. Ellerbe, instead of appreciating the offer, got mad as hell at Hearn
when he knew damn well it would be a PBC in-house fight with Hearn's zero involvement in it.

Doesn’t Team Haney have Haney Promotions? They need to actually start promoting and stop piggy backing off Hearn. I heard a interview with Bill Haney and he was boasting about Haney is his own man and can fight anybody.

Hearn is completely OVERPAYING Haney so his Price Tag is beyond Ridiculous to the point in which no other Promoter is going to pay him anything close to what he is allegedly making, especially when he has yet to Establish himself as a huge Draw that Warrants that type of money. This is not Haney fault however, I would say his Father Bill has done just a PHENOMENAL JOB of getting his son paid this early in his career, this is actually RARE for a guy that was a excellent Amateur Standout but wasn't a Gold Medalist or any of that since he turned pro early. At the time DAZN was just throwing Money around so they overpaid grossly for guys like Haney and Andrade. Now that their contracts are up, I know Andrade team mentioned that DAZN does want Andrade back but of course for Far LESS money than that 1st Contract. I'm sure the same goes for Haney with DAZN as well who seems to be DONE with overpay guys who are not a Draw and Rightfully So

Like Danny Jacobs, you will see more guys having to go to the UK to fight under Eddie's DAZN UK Budget. Could also be why Eddie now pushing for Canelo to go to the UK to fight Ryder

So yeah without Eddie and DAZN, not sure where exactly would Haney and Andrade be fighting honestly. Haney would likely get picked up by PBC or somebody but Neither PBC or Top Rank want anything to do with Andrade
