Hey people, stop falling for this garbage. Fights are negotiated like this through social media. If Garcia is serious he would get Oscar to go to Floyd with a serious offer. BTW, this is no great concession on Garcia's part. Tank smokes him at the gate and Garcia hasn't had a PPV so he's not the A-side by any stretch.

Ryan Garcia hasn't fought in over a year, all his fighting has been done through his big mouth which doesn't count.
As a matter of fact it makes him look mentally weak, his psychological state should really be monitored by medical professionals.
He was on a good winning streak, and then he just had a mental meltdown that he still hasn't recovered from.
