What exactly is top rank ppv?

It is actually a first class production completely funded by Arum. Look, when ESPN pays garbage for money, HBO is in the bag for Golden Boy and Showtime has limited dates and short money on the SHOBOX series Arum has to do something to get his fighters exposure. It is not like any other network is stepping up to the plate to air boxing shows.

I applaud Arum for ******** his own dollar. When has Oscar ever done that in order to promote a show?
