The offer sent to Canelo to face Jermall Charlo

I'm seeing plenty of comments about how Canelo has turned down the chance to fight Jermall Charlo and is interested in a big financial deal to face Bivol and GGG. We all know by now the basics of this offer but I've not actually been able to find anything about the PBC offer to face Charlo. So was there one?

I heard that it could of been a Charlo fight flowed by a Benavidez fight but where as it seems DAZN have actually put a package together and offered it to Canelo has the PBC done the same or is all this talk of Canelo turning away from it more to do with him not actually even recieving any offer to face Charlo or Benavidez?

There is no point posters saying he turned it down when there was nothing to turn down.

Eddy Reynoso said PBC made them an offer and it is widely reported it is a one fight deal to fight Charlo. Of course PBC would like Canelo to then fight Benavidez but that is not part of the deal.

And Canelo hasn't turned anything down since no official decision has been made yet.

Ahhh good, I hadn't been able to find an article that said the PBC had actually sent an offer for A Charlo fight. Right now I would prefer that over either of the DAZN fights but didn't think an offer had been sent.

With Charlos arrest looks like Canelo goes to Dazn for the $85 mil. The way sports works maybe Charlo markets himself off this and boosts his profile so he becomes the logical choice next May.

I expect Canelo to beat Bivol and GGG.

I wonder what Haymon can offer that betters the $85 mil deal reported from Hearn?

I mean they will almost surely lose money on the Bivol fight but they must project the GGG fight to do huge numbers.

DAZN is supposedly willing to go up to 100M for those two fights.

How do they expect to make money since it's a subscription based service? I think I remember Hearn backtracking a few months ago about DAZN not only being subscription based but also charging PPV for some fights. I wonder if that's the route they are going to go down

I have DAZN , the red is a deal breaker if it were to happen I would cancel my SUB

Same here. Unfortunately that's the only way I see them making the money to pay Canelo if the reported offer is accurate

From what I’ve heard Canelo is only willing to do business with PBC on a one fight deal basis. He doesn’t quite trust Haymon.
Hearn he has a better relationship with and did a two fight deal with before and is more open to doing another.
Of course with Charlo’s arrest it seems that fight is off the table for now.
