Barrios was chosen for a reason, a nice safe fight for Thurman's comeback. He served his purpose, gave his fake belt to Porky and welcomed Thurman back to boxing. He will be opening or co-main eventing regular Showtime cards from now on.

That’s a genius way to land a big fight. He should have went further.

“I was practically out on my feet the entire last 6 rounds and was terrified. I’m surprised that I didn’t just give up out of sheer terror because he came close to opening up several injuries that would have ended the fight.”

Thurman sure is vulnerable to those body shots, but I think he'd put up a competitive fight, although not win, against Spence, Crawford and Ennis.

Keith Thurman ain’t gonna lie to you, son. Keith Thurman’s liver has been screaming in Keith Thurman’s ear. Keith Thurman asked Keith Thurman’s liver what was the matter and you know what it said? “You never take me anywhere. You never buy me flowers.” Now, Keith Thurman refutes all that. Keith Thurman knows how to treat a liver like a lady. And he will be showing that class, that liver love, in his next $79.99 PPV.

too much information Keith. Imagine US Navy chief came out and said our aircraft carriers are vulnerable to mass drone attack

Not well! Against Ennis it's death by a thousand 'cuts' and aginst Ortiz his liver will implode.

At least he’s honest. Spence would prolly make him shiet on himself with those powerful hooks to the body.

                    Why would you admit this?

He does seem to get hurt more to the body than others but he does have a diversified skill set to make up for it. If it wasn't for his footwork, he would've been down more than once. Good that he's honest with himself too..knows that he isn't perfect or pretends to be perfect
