Ramos was tough but Santamaria has special effects, albeit featherfisted. That won him the fight.

tbh lewis does not sound that coherent, and ive seen goosen miss the action sometimes

and yea they follow 1 narrative in fights

Yeah, seems like they look away from the ring while they’re talking to each other and as a result they’re missing big portions of the action. I know that’s not actually what they’re doing but it feels like it sometimes….or maybe they’re just believing so much in the favourite fighter that they block out all the punches he’s getting hit with.

Brian Kenny seems to be following that methodology tonight, too. Lennox is usually pretty bad and Goosen is pretty crappy too. I guess I shouldn’t complain. At least I’m enjoying the fights and getting annoyed with the commentating but damn, I’ve been talking ‘ yelling at the TV tonight because of the commentators.

I liked both of them quite a bit. Lampley was wacky but he was a great speaker. Max was excellent.
