Bradley vs Peterson, Darchinyan vs Rojas Heads To 12/12

BoxingScene.com was advised that Showtime's big December 5th card is being pushed over to December 12. The scheduled doubleheader will take place at the Agua Caliente Casino in Rancho Mirage, California. Good news for boxing fans. It prevents the head to head with HBO's very anticipated Kelly Pavlik-Paul Williams middleweight showdown. [details]

Not only are those two fights there but Guzman vs Funeka is also on it for a vacant lightweight belt.

Three championship fights in one show means it's going to be a good show.

Bradley-Peterson is a guaranteed distance fight. I don't know if I will stay and watch it or not. And Darchinyan doesn't belong on a main Showtime card. I can maybe see Shobox, but not SCB. There are better fighters to give dates to. But Darchi is like Gary Shaw's pet.

excellent matchup between Peterson and Bradley. I just dont think Peterson is quite on the same level as Bradley but they arent far apart and stylistically very similiar; high output, not a lot of power, good fundamentals, and both have a warrior's heart so there should be no stoppin til someone is stopped.

Obviously, there is something that is not yet settled with the Guzman vs Funeka fight (what a surprise). Anyhow, the funny thing is that when you look up Guzman's next fight it shows up as if it's official between him and Funeka so I'm not sure what's going on. Man I hope this fight happens already! What the hell could it be....is it Guzman has a curse or what? Well, let's just wait and see...would be a great fight night if all 3 fights happen!
