Leonard was very fast, but prime Roy Jones was as fast as anyone, ever.

in terms of hand speed roy is pro probably the only boxer who i would DARE to legendary handspeed of bruce lee...

aint NOBODY faster than bruce lee but yea roy is probably the closest
