Let me dumb it down for you. While you’re at work (I assume you have a job, maybe you don’t), if someone who’s not your boss ASKS you to do something for them, you measure out the details and decide if you want to do it or not. Other side of the coin, while at work, if someone who’s not your boss TELLS you to do something, you tell them to phuck off.
