Bivol is lying. He called out Ramirez and could of fought Ramirez but has been stalling, ducking and lying. Ducked before Canelo made his decision to fight Plant because Hearn tried to pawn him off to Canelo. Ducked again in Dec because Hearn is still trying to offer Canelo that fight in May. Bivol wasting time and his career on a pipe dream because Canelo is not going to fight him there are much bigger money fights and options for Canelo then Bivol. Ramirez vs Bivol is the best and biggest money fight at his weight unless he leaves DAZN and Hearn and signs with Bob Arum.

Oscar has very few fighters, no matter how much zurdo and his fans wanna talk, we’ve seen how Oscar keeps his fighters close to safety while he rebuilds his stable. I’m gonna lean towards Bivol actually making the offer. I haven’t seen ishhh from Ramirez that says duck me, not even in his best wins. 49 fights and 2 of those being mediocre opponents at best does not instill fear in anyone.

Why would Ramirez be the one ducking the fight? He just fought a eliminator to force Bivol to fight him after months trying but Bivol refusing to fight. Meanwhile Bivol own co promoter is constantly trying to dangle Bivol's name to get a Canelo fight. Bivol now saying this nonsense after months of his team never denying that Golden boy made him a offer to fight in December which Golden boy made public that he turned down and that they were fighting a WBO eliminator to force Bivol to either fight ramirez or give up the belt. It's clear who is the liar here. Hearn Shut down the Ramirez fight to keep Bivol name in running for Canelo it's that simple.

The same Golden Boy who said they made Kambosos an offer for Ryan Garcia that he turned down only for it to be exposed that it was a lie? Yeah, they’ve been very reputable when it comes to putting out info.
