Bivol is lying. He called out Ramirez and could of fought Ramirez but has been stalling, ducking and lying. Ducked before Canelo made his decision to fight Plant because Hearn tried to pawn him off to Canelo. Ducked again in Dec because Hearn is still trying to offer Canelo that fight in May. Bivol wasting time and his career on a pipe dream because Canelo is not going to fight him there are much bigger money fights and options for Canelo then Bivol.
