    Why Aren’t Beterbiev/Bivol Criticized Like Spence/Crawford?

#1 And #2 In Their Division And Would Establish The King. It’s a Huge Unification Fight. Both Russian Yet They’re Fighting Everyone BUT Each Other. This Should Be A Highly Requested Fight For Us Boxing Fans Yet There Aren’t 5044823 Threads Like There Is For Spence/Crawford. No Weekly Accusations Of One Ducking The Other. Shouldn’t They Be Held At The Same Standards?

I have no idea. Bivol was a free agent and aligned himself with DAZN while Beterbiev, Gvzodyk, and Kovalev were all with ESPN. Since then he's shown no interest in unifying. Just content to wait around for a Canelo payday even though he's the last person on Canelo's radar.

D-Lips raises a good question. There’s something systemic going on here.

The lack of attention given to these two boxers match their low profiles unfortunately. Outside of hardcore fans, at least in the US, no one really cares.

I’m not saying that they shouldn’t get scrutinized as much…but simply, if more people cared…then they would.

Maybe they're getting pilloried on Russian language fan forums as we speak.

They're waiting on Canelos next move

Never seen a group of fighters who revolved they're careers around one fighter like charlo, ggg, Andrade, betterbieve, bivol have.

Maybe because no one's hype them as if they're the second coming of jesus in boxing.

Beterbiev has been disappointing because of his inactivity but at the same time its understandable because of Covid still screwing upcoming fights

No one really knows them except us here in boxing troll forums etc

THIS. It's Really Cringe. They Literally Beg For A Canelo Fight While Doing The Bare Minimum Hoping Canelo Calls Them.

Yup, anyone that gets the Canelo fight wins the lottery, that's life changing money right there.

                    Honestly...Nobody Give A Sh^t About Light Heavyweight!

That Division just never was Popular since I been a Boxing Fans I'm just being Brutally honest. Michael Spinks dominated it for like a Decade and nobody cared. Michael had to go all the way up to Heavyweight and fight and Upset Larry Holmes for people to finally acknowledge him. Canelo would be doing them a Favor going up to 175 and bringing awareness to that Division but outside of a very small % of Hardcores...NOBODY CARES!

While Spence and Bud are in historically the 2nd most popular Division in boxing history only behind the Heavyweights of Course so naturally the expectations are much higher when you fight at Welterweight or Heavyweight
