Fury vs Whyte to be on PPV in both the US and UK.

Both major networks too, ESPN and BT will both broadcast the fight on PPV.

If anyone knows: What was the last UK based fight to be shown on PPV in the US? I genuinely can’t think of or remember one.

I think this shows Fury vs Joshua (if it ever happens) could viably be held on UK soil too.

I think it's ambitious to put it on US ppv. Maybe it would have been better to put it on normal tv to keep up the momentum they have built with Fury in the US.

I hope it does well though, it seems Fury has crossed over in the US. He isn't Pac or Floyd levels but he seems to be headed that way

I don’t see it doing great in the US either. Arum is talking 500k buys which is a massive stretch with time difference, Whyte not being known in America. I assume with Fury’s huge guarantee they have to put it on PPV to cover costs.

Nice one man - yes it was definitely a PPV distrubuted by Integrated Sports who did random PPV's here and there; but this was the first UK card I can ever remember. It was after the Tyszu fight (which was on Showtime) so he was a big name to us at that point - was the first time we watched a full UK card live in the afternoon. We were big Jose Luis Castillo fans so I think we wanted to keep tabs on Hatton who we also enjoyed. I think one or both us attended every Hatton event in Vegas event after that, those crowds were so electric. hard to even describe to people how that was

Fury hasn't "crossed over" here in the states and it's laughable that Arum thinks it"ll do 500K,yea fuchin right lol. Aside from that, the noon time slot is a killer for any ppv here stateside. We are simply not getting together at noon to order any ppv event, let alone Fury vs Whyte. I'd be surprised if it did anything more than 75K buys.

Arum is better off putting in on ESPN to continue to build Furys profile for a possible unification with either Joshua or Usyk. At that point you put it on ppv here. Nobody here stateside gives two ****s about Whyte or even knows wtf he is lol.

They need PPV in both countries to try make up the cost of their bid. 41 million is alot of money for this fight. It should so well in the UK but a push into the American PPV market may solidify a profit. But America don't sound too interested as it don't involve a Yank.
