Can Inoue make it to Featherweight?

I might be jumping ahead too much, but I still must ask: Does anyone here think we’ll someday see the Monster fighting at Featherweight? I have no idea if he’ll be effective at that weight class, but it’s interesting to imagine.
Are there currently any interesting prospects at Featherweight who could probably still be there by the time Inoue arrives at that weight class?
Maybe if Olympic Silver Medalist Duke Ragan ends up going places, Inoue could have a title bout with him? That’s the most exciting one I can think of.
There’s also this one Chinese Boxer named Xu Can, who’s nickname also happens to be Monster. I think he would be a likely matchup if I’m going by the current lineup.

Dude he's almost 29, I doubt he's gonna continue growing. 122 will probably be his limit.

Decent point. Though I still wouldn’t rule out the possibility of him fighting whoever the featherweight champ is as his last fight before retiring.

I would like to see how Inoue looks at 122lbs. Donaire didn't look good at the weight even in victory and was given fighter of the year based on activity even though his performances were subpar.

Inoue is a bit more athletic than Donaire and can punch with both hands in combination. Even at his best Donaire was a single punch at a time counter puncher.

Time will tell how Inoue will perform at 126lb but based on the current crop of fighters there, I believe he could capture a title or two.
