Little Manny Pacquiao ruined Magarito's eye. Alvarez would have knocked it out of its socket.
In my best days, I would have beaten Canelo.... ~ Margarito

Oh absolutely agree. Alvarez was just getting started as a pro at 147. He was no one at that weight.
I think Oscar De La Hoya at 147 pounds, beats Canelo Alvarez at 147.
Faster hand speed, better combinations, tough, greater stamina, better movement, superior jab.
I don't think Alvarez at 147 pounds, was as good as Oscar De La Hoya at his peak 'There is zero evidence of this historically'.
There is very clear comparison to prove all what I have stated? Oscar De La Hoya vs Floyd Mayweather Junior. De La Hoya, was up against a better version of Mayweather and performed levels better than Alvarez 'When he fought Mayweather'.
I think there are multiple fighters that would of beaten Alvarez at 147 pounds.

Margacheato couldn't beat Canelo on his best days, nor even without hand wraps. This old man is delusional and envious because he never achieved high level of success like Canelo.
He couldn't even beat a 154 Pacquiao, yet how would he handle the power of Canelo?Last edited by Quiksilva; 01-25-2022, 01:00 AM.Comment

This version of Canelo is too big and too good to be sure anyone those name could heat him. If they would caught him early in a career more than likely but not know.Comment
