Frank Warren decided when the fight was stopped. He signalled to the referee when it was good time to stop it, in round 5. As can be seen if you watch the fight footage and Warren in the front row.

I was happy Khan won because I won some money on it lol
But as a boxing fan I was let down, because it was not fair how long the fight was allowed go on, past the 4 round watershed that would make it a NC.
