Mayweather tops them all. His resume is about as pathetic as my Burger King resume. They accused me of picking my nose and sexually harassing this one chick.

Actually, Marquez showed some speed and power and looks to be adjusting to the weight increase comfortably. The real gauge will be on the 19th.

Why would Mosley want him then... and not when FMJ was active and calling out Shane?
Great question. Folks are still jumping ahead and can't give Floyd the benefit of a tune up bout. But for any other fighter it's ok.

so if Marquez was able to move to 135 and clean out a division...what makes you think he cant move up and be competitive @ 147? Manny Pac did the same thing Marquez is doing...jumping from 135 to 147...(ACTUALLY 144)

I don't get your logic,....so he is P4P #2 and he gave the P4P #1 all he could handle....BUT he shouldn't move up to fight Mayweather, a man who has been out of the ring for 2 years?

I love how you are nowhere near Marquez's camp and YOU say Marquez is too small for Mayweather. Marquez and his team have stated the move up in weight wont be a problem, but YOU say it will be?....they said they will beat Mayweather...but YOU still say the same crap everyday...Marquez is a super featherweight this and too small that.....SMH

I'm confused...IDK who to believe...you in a message board or Team Marquez in camp
          It's only because it's Floyd.

I get the feeling some people are a little "uncomfortable"? that the 24/7 series are doing a damn good job of promoting the fight and will have a lot more fans watching it than they anticipated.

          That's just my guess.

Isn't it Ironic certain people are complaining about Mayweather fighting little guys when Mayweather started at 130 and Marquez started at 125 lbs, Interestingly some of them who are complaining about the size difference are Hopkins fans, you know the one who fights blownup welterweights and light middleweights?

Floyd faced Oscar at his weight, ringsize, gloves chosen by him. Just proves if a fighter is truly skilled he can make it. People complaining over a few pounds..tsk

It's Floyd's personality that irks some.

Oscar was old and past it. Oscar needed advantages against Floyd to make up for that and make it a competitive fight.

Marquez is old, smaller, slower and less skilled. Why does Floyd need an extra advantage in making him come up two weight classes?

Floyd hasn't fought for 2 years, and this is his first fight back fighting the number two P4P fighter in the world which will lead to bigger and better things (Winner of Cotto-Pacquiao fight). Dont forget that welterweight is Floyd's 4th weight class. Can you imagine Hopkins at Heavyweight? Cotto or Clottey at Super middleweight? You guys are just proving that this rule is made for Floyd which makes you look like a hypocrite, what your saying is Floyd is skilled enough to fight 4 weight classes above where he started yet JMM and other fighters arent? No one should look past JMM because he is a great fighter who started just 5 lbs below Floyd, people sound like whiny bitches complaining about 3 to 5 lbs and its not as if Floyd is that big, ill tell you what Oscar and Floyd had a bigger size difference than JMM and Floyd. Even Cotto and Pacquiao have bigger size difference than JMM and Floyd, the size difference between Floyd and JMM on fight night will be no more than 5 pounds. People complaining about this are the same ones who want him to lose badly. Its not as if Floyd is a middleweight picking on welterweights...its his fourth weight class and he is just used to fighting bigger guys now using his skill and craft, something that cant be said about all fighters.

Marquez could have very simply refused to fight at 144 and risk his health.

He could've demanded that the fight be at 140, but no one on his team is complaining about it.
