I dont think anyone realistically sees d.w as a genuine threat to fury, its 2nd biggest fight in the uk behind AJ fury, both can sell it well, issue seems the monetary stand point not any scare factor... doubt d w will be getting anything more then 25% at this rate, Imo Whyte should take the fight, take the loss and after joshua loses to usyk (i predict) then line up a crossroads fight with Joshua whyte 2 which at that point would be 50.50 fight i rekon.

Boxing needs Fury to be an active and visible champion, the only way I'd be happy with a sideshow like this is if Fury is active and has 3 proper fights this year, then at years end they have this bit of pantomime as a Christmas cracker for the fans.

What I DON'T want to see is fury vs Whyte in apeil then Fury vs Ngannou in October and that's Fury's two fights for 2022.
