DDD is so young. He can rise again and become champ in 3 years if he changes his defense/body movement

If I say a horse is a plug, I'm not saying I can outrun the horse. I'm saying, I've seen the horse outrun. Dubois was stopped with a jab, the severity of damage only makes it worse. Joe has a good jab, but not the best I've ever seen, though it may be Joe's Sunday haymaker.

I don't understand this mentality. He's 24? Do multiple fights within the top 20 for 3-4 years. He will gain more fans, experience, and skill. He already lost once so if he loses again he can build himself up again.

In 3-4 years he'll be 28 and that's still young for a boxer. He would be an experienced and skilled contender who could win the titles and dominate for half a decade until he declines.

How are you going to get completely obliterated by slow, no defense, and untested Joe Joyce and believe you're ready to fight the top guys? Seems like he just wants to cash out.

Yeah but I don’t disrespect guys who put their health on the line for our entertainment. I guess you’d prefer a fighter loose their eyesight and career permanently just so they don’t get termed a quitter by idiots like you?

Im happy he did. His eye looked bad. I am not a boxing fans that wishes a fighter risk losing his eye or life for a pay day. I met people that think every fight should be fought until death. Not me. If you hurt, to me its no shame to say "OK tonight is done, my health needs to be addressed ASAP."
