      Cassius Clay had a better resume than Floyd, let alone after he chanced his name to Ali.

            Floyd has had only 39 fights. If he had as many fights as Ali (at a similar level of competition to Ali's), he probably wouldn't be undefeated.

            Do you honestly think that, if Floyd had another 22 fights and developed Parkinson's Disease but carried on fighting while unwell, he wouldn't lose? Factor in that he is only allowed to fight the highest level of competition from now on seeing as he's a well-established fighter with a decent number of fights under his belt.
            I do think Pacquiao is better than Ali though.

                  You will never ever see Floyd lose to a bum like that

                  Also, Floyd has never been an underdog against an opponent (maybe once?) and Muhammad has lots of times.

                  Ali= lost 5 times
                  FM= Never lost and a more complete fightter
                  Are you seriously that ******? Ali fought the best generation of heavyweights and beat all of the top guys at his time. Its easy for Floyd not to lose because he avoids the top guys in his divisoin now. ANd Floyds 39 fight record aint **** compared to Alis 61 fight career, and Ali fough until he was almost 40. Floyd will fight 2 more fights at most then retire because he is scared of losing his 0. Ali was not scared to fight anyone and him being the underdog and winning those fights makes him better. This is one of the worst dumbest threads I have ever seen.

                    Mayweather by far is a better technical fighter than Ali, BUT he hasnt faced greater fighters than Ali....maybe its cause of the different eras...not many GREAT fighters this era so Mayweather is at a disadvantage by comparing the 2.

                    Alot of these guys in this thread need to ask themselves one question....If they could wake up tomorrow with Mayweathers ALL around boxing skill or Ali's all around boxing skill.......from offense to defense....who's skill would you want to have? Ali for all of his quickness and footwork ATE tons of punches over his career....Mayweather in 39 fights has looked flawless
