    Will Joshua win? TBD
    Can he win? Absolutely.

Anyone who says it is impossible for him to win is deluding themselves.

I think there is some truth about him not knowing whether he is coming or going/ unsure of himself though.

They should have already done a post-mortem on the first fight and decided on what approach offers the best chance of changing the result. Then he needs to totally commit to it, all in.

AJ has about as much boxing ability as Carl Froch had. And what do ya know- they had the same trainer. McKrack Vial can't teach what he doesn't know.

Completely agree! And brilliant post. AJ has all the tools but the fire he had in those fights against Wlad, Whyte, Parker etc seems to be gone. He boxed beautifully against Ruz but Ruiz is fat. Against Usyk he needs to be the old, bully AJ with threatening KO power.

I don't get all the fuss. Usyk is just a better boxer than AJ. Styles make fights and AJ has a poor chin. AJ has a chance but i'd say it's def at least 70/30 in Usyk's favor. I thought AJ boxed very well the first fight. just Usyk is better.

i am aware, I meant I if I had the choice. Obliviously, I don’t so I could choose angelo Dundee but it wouldn’t happen in any event.

A.J was with McKracken for about 9 pro fights since 2016 , people forget many ATG fighters have had numerous ones ,I even think Lewis had 2 just about in by the time in his 20 / 21 fights . Holyfield had at least 4 trainers so people are reading entirely to much into it , Fury himself has had 3 trainers or more since he began . If A.J had as many trainers you guys would be calling him confused and unsure of himself.

Technically A.J never had a full time trainer with McCracken either he came in a few weeks at the end of a camp so we’re actually only seeing part of the full product, he’s going to have a full time trainer for the Usyk fight now so I expect much better things which is not good for Usyk . No one’s ever seen A.J with a full time trainer in big fights . Should be good .

But unlike Fury, Lewis and Holyfield. Although Joshua is a great student in terms of attitude Distinctions all around, I don't quite think he takes on board information then transfers it into the ring as good as those other fighters 'It is not quite a fluid transfers with him'.

Compared to Tyson Fury, Joshua this past decade must have double the hours of dedication to the sport of boxing.

This past decade if you was to clock all the hours that boxers have spent training or studying their trade, I think Anthony Joshua would be right at the top of that list.

I have said it before? Joshua does not need to become something new to beat Usyk 'He just needs to be himself'.

Combinations, half decent Jab, High guard, a bit of movement here and there, determination. That is Anthony Joshua.

Note: If there is one area of Joshua's game which is terrible, it is his inside fighting. At long to mid range, Joshua seems to do most of his work. But up close, at real close quarters I think his abilities are completely void. Grappling, shoulder to shoulder inside fighting, I have never witnessed Joshua showing any signs of being able to fight in this manner.

A.J didn’t let Klitschko impose on him ,he’s never been beating up on the inside minus one fight with Ruiz . With a 82 inch reach you’d be hard pressed to find anyone with inside abilities to throw short combinations like A.J does , even Pulev who’s very crafty and rough on the inside had no answer so I’m not sure where you got that idea he can’t fight inside .

A.J weakness seems to be his very own corner in fights as if he’s not getting the right instructions to detail. If this is fixed he will be on another level . I believe a U.S trainer would fix this and put him in a much harder training camp where he’s actually fighting not just training .

Joshua does not fight on the inside, he never fights on the inside. His combinations are launched from mid-range.

Super heavyweights like Bowe, Lewis, Fury could all fight on the inside.

You have to be honest mate, Joshua has no inside game. It is terrible.

If Joshua had a inside game, with his combinations and power 'Usyk would be blown out of the water inside 5 rounds'.

Those can’t fight on the inside without excessive clinching . No one’s ever beating him up on the inside ,most have tried clinched him which end up like Pulev ,Klitschko and Takam , all those guys were outdone on the inside , He literally hit Pulev with inside combinations which is how he won that fight . That was like 2 fights ago ?
