How many times was Vargas wobbled or knocked down?

Im sorry and no disrespect to pr's or to Tito fans in general but, Cotto would crush tito in his prime..I dont know what old fights ppl have in mind..Cotto is just too strong, too smart and too fast and overall the better man...No doubt in my mind Cotto's style would make Tito look like a fool.

Several times, Vargas had balls..but everytime he was wobbled Tito jumped on him, and droped him, Vargas almost didnt make it out of the 1st round. Vargas was never the same fighter after that fight. I understand what your point is in asking me how many times Vargas was wobbled..Vargas had and still has the heart of a lion.

This would almost be a perfect matchup!!Tito was a very big, strong welterweight, but Cotto is a highly skilled welterweight with good power!!Contrary to what people believe,Tito was a slow starter, while Cotto does better early!!The Cotto that I've come to respect has an excellent jab & is quicker on his feet than Trinidad!!If Cotto starts boxing & jabbing early,he builds a lead on points easy, because Tito couldn't fight well with a stiff jab in his face, but at the same time,he turns up the pressure late & Cotto doesn't fight well under pressure!!If Cotto's early lead + power weakens Tito,he wins by ud,but if Tito's suspect chin holds up under Cotto's early assault,he stops Cotto late!!I don't see Cotto escaping 12 rounds without tasting hard hooks,so I think Tito sqeeks by,by late stoppage, but I'll give Cotto a 40% chance of beating him!!

First of all, are you guys kidding?! Tito could never take bodypunchers well and certainly not one that is as fast as Cotto! And Cotto is just too good a boxer for him as well. Cotto would take him apart from the inside, his inside game would be too much for Trinidad. Cotto's chin also would take Trinidad's punches well. Trinidad was always rather skinny as a WW and Cotto as we know is not. That would also make a difference.

Seriously, altho I do like Tito, this kinda nuthuggery is just too much!
