This is exactly where I was with slow Joe. I don't think I've ever seen anyone as slow yet he always finds a way.

I don’t get the hype. He’s fought no one apart from an inexperienced Dubois which I predicted he’ll spark.

Joyce is getting battered from pillar to post by the first decent boxer he faces.

Not seeing it myself. The reason Joyce isn't fighting early 2022 is that he's only just started his ring walk.

I like Joyce. His deceptively slow, languid style invites criticism, but I find it entertaining. He has a great engine, some decent skills and a cast-iron jaw. He seems really likeable on top of that. Hope he does have a big year -- the clock is ticking.

If Foreman was fighting today with no former history with the same posters here you’d be seeing post after post how slow and easy to hit he is . The difference between the two is Joyce was robbed of gold medal and he’s way more athletic coming from different athletic backgrounds include martial arts . Joyce only loses to the guys who can match his physical attributes and there’s not many of them and it’s not a certain he loses to them .

I wonder at what point Joyce's lack of defense catches up with him. His style ain't built for longevity and a WBO mandatory is a long, long ways away.

The neck/shoulders are are massive on that guy, think thats why he can absorb some big shots. Dubois landed quite a few of em, but Joyce didnt even flinch, at em and broke ol boy down

I really like jj, he's clever, polite and I find him entertaining to watch. I hope he gets a decent opponent and a shot at the title.
