If it happens it will be in Texas either Dallas or even Houston . Thne stadium will be overwhelmingly for Canelo. Canelo will walk this dude down and vreak him down for a late rounds stoppage, Charlo is not slick or overly ahtletic either. He uses his size to overwhelm opponents. Canelo has better defense, better hand speed, better combination puincher etc. Canelo will not be intimidated either by all that crap talk the Charlos do. Charlo will realize it too and he will have no where to hide in the ring when he loses the mental battle.

Yeah Canelo would comprehensively outbox him and probably stop him. I don’t see anybody beating Alvarez at 168.
The only guy I see potentially beating him at the moment is Beterbiev at 175.RENE JUNIOR likes this.

To all you Canelo fans out there I congratulate you on your fighter finally taking a real fight but don't get too ****y. Charlo is a real dog, he can box, he can punch, but most important he has an iron will to win and refuses to lose. He will NOT fold under the first sign of pressue like these soft guys Kovalev, Smith, Plant. Charlo is cut from a diff cloth and you'd better realize what you're getting yourself into.
Smith fought on with a horrendous looking bicep injury in that fight. When’s Charlo ever shown that type of metal?Mario040481

Charlo doesn’t do anything special. At 160 or 168 he gets that ass beat.
These guys are trying to talk themselves into a retirement check instead of building themselves up and earning it. Afraid to chase greatness.

I think Canelo will win it too, I do actually believe that he's a very talented fighter, I just wanted to see him in there with someone who may be able to put up a fight, and the only people 168 or under who I think can do that are Charlo, Andrade, Benavdez.
Canelo Big Game is with Beter or Joe Jr or Makabu. Let the lower div sissyboys throw their panty slumber parties.RENE JUNIOR likes this.

I’m just not sold on Benavidez tbh mate. Morrell looks a real talent though IMO. He could be a real problem in a year or so.

In any case, I'll prefer a showdown between Morell jr vs benavidez. The ginger shouldn't be able to avoid the winner of that contest. He, DMJ, can't get any real challenge, and the kid is only 6 fights into his career. Hearns took ryder away from him, and it was for a belt. Hopefully he will be able to keep himself busy, and get a real good fighter inside the ring. Be safe
I’d like to see Benavidez vs Plant personally, think it’s a good fight and good clash of styles. Wouldn’t mind seeing Morrell get some experience against a seasoned vet like Anthony Dirrell, I hope they don’t rush him.RENE JUNIOR likes this.

Benavidez isn’t bad or anything- he definitely has talent just not elite level talent like some suggest. He has fast hands, good combination puncher but his feet are slow, he doesn’t really cut off the ring effectively and he’s not difficult to hit, that’s easy work for Canelo IMO.
