Not just Elie Seckbach it’s all over YouTube, a lot of boxing YouTube channels are talking about this. Like I said though it’s just a rumor hopefully it’s true!! Because it will kill the alphabet boys narrative of Canelo “avoiding” certain fighters.

Caleb I like u man, but ur calling out Charlo and he's at 160, but u didn't call out Benavidez, who's in ur weight division and who has called u out numerous times. This makes u look afraid of him. U challenging smaller dudes online while avoiding guys right in front of ur face, is part of what's wrong with boxing today. This ducking and dodging and picking and choosing sh..t has to stop

I think it'd be a good fight to watch, stylistically. In the end, my money would be on Charlo, Plant is talented but has never showed any example of his getting mad in the ring, that is to say a lot of boxers, you can tell when a refs call, or a shot from the opponent angers em, and they step up their game, Plant is an even tempered fighter, which is an asset a lot of the time but not always and you need a fighter who can tap into it. Floyd was the same type of fighter, but he could step it up when he needed to. When Plant 'let' himself be smacked at the conference by Canelo, I knew that his naivete would cost him the fight. Respect to him for lasting 11 rounds, but he seems to have that detriment that a LOT of young fighters have and thats an inflated self-belief, as if that alone is enough and should win him fights. It is not. Idk if he'll ever hold another belt, esp as long as Canelo is in his division, bc once someone has your number, you cannot fight the same again no matter the opponent, one need look no further than Fury-Wilder to illustrate it.

Charlo vs. Adames, Plant vs. Morrell Jr.! That would be a nice card! If Charlo is going to test 168, I think he should test Morrell Jr. for that WBA "Regular" title. It's only a matter of time that WBA will have to order Canelo vs. the "Regular" Champ, or Canelo vacates! Charlo should put himself in that position! If Canelo vacates THEN Charlo should fight Plant, or Benavidez! However, target Morrell Jr. first, and oh yeah, Good Luck with that! Morrell Jr. is a BEAST! MAN UP!

Great assessment but it won’t stop, most of these fighters today are focused mostly on keeping record in tack and the money they can make quickly. Real gladiators their not!

I’d favor Plant over him but Charlo’s only moving up for Canelo right now. Why would he risk a Canelo payday when it might happen without fighting Plant?
