Wilder tops any sensible list. Smith has decent power I would say. I know he knocked out old man Bernard, but that was not the prime B-Hope that Joe Calzaghe beat. Nash out.

No way but he has great power, a great chin, ok skill, but an iron will and that makes him dangerous for anyone.

Probably the best pure puncher at 175lbs but it doesn't always translate because his fight IQ is pretty low.

I think it has to be Wilder.

JOe smith has massive shoulders which help generate power--he could prob knock most guys out with a clean hit

He has a lot of power but doesn't know how to deliver it effectively. If a fighter has skill set he can't connect with full force. He doesn't set up punches well.

Joe has scary power, but he doesn’t even have the best in his weight class. That distinction belongs to King Artur.

                  Now best power p4p?
Other than Artur, one has to mention Inoue, Wilder, Okolie…
