Yea they did but I would imagine any fight not involving Canelo at this point, would still be a significant financial loss for them.

It likely won’t be a guaranteed purse then if they restructured it.

Andrade has only himself to blame. He won't do any high risk low paying fights and just wants a super fight with him being almost in recognizable by the public.

Any top fighter will see him as big risk low reward fighter because he really doesn't bring anything to the table. No real fans or momentum to build on a super fight. Just having an "0" is not enough plus he is no spring chicken.

These fighters now a days just cruise around waiting for the phone to ring with a big fight instead of making a case for themselves.

What does the Broadcast team owe to Andrade? They can call fights for GBP and Matchroom, not exclusively the Matchroom USA show.

Mannix can be biased to GGG and Munguia equally.

it’s pathetic that Andrade isn’t man enough to make his own shots. he’s just like the rest of fighters BEGGING for a Canelo fight.

BJS too is a 2 Division Champ, so it isn’t about “well Andrade is a Champion.” Hearn has to even speak up for Andrade about moving to 168. For 3 years Andrade said he was going to pester BJS by going to 168. This Rhode Island dummy still sitting like GGG at 160.

Has anyone ever heard Andrade call out a 168 Champion besides BJS for 3 years? If Andrade and his fans think he can outbox anyone then why doesn’t move up for his own sales benefit? When Nestor Gibbs asked Andrade and his dad, “would you fight Benavidez” he didn’t say Jack shet.
I’d like to see Andrade mouth off to the boogeyman, he’d change his tune real fast .

On the flipside, Andrade has been quite content babysitting his WBO title and facing weak opposition for a good while now.

When Canelo dismissed him as merely wanting a payday and having fought nobody, I think his real worth (or lack thereof) suddenly dawned on him and now he's feeling desperate to secure something before he gets too much older.

I can't understand why there isnt an Andrade and GGG fight. That should be an easy fight to make and I get it that they wont have 2 champions to promote but they would have a unified champion and an ex champion on a comeback trail which is sellable too. If Andrade wants it why not give him the smoke. I would love to see Andrade vs Charlo but let's face it that's not gonna happen.

If not one of these, then at least a minor step up, someone like Jake "the Snake" Roberts. Past his best but still a very worthy name. Nash out.
